Special Features

Located nearly adjacent to the West fork of the San Jacinto River, this property includes 25.4 acres of palustrine forested wetlands. The tract also includes an amazing interior water body (Curry Lake) that has almost 2,000 ft. of frontage and is prime duck habitat. The property has an uncommonly large collection of silver bells, a white-flowering tree which blooms in early spring.
