Special FeaturesAgriculturally developed and undeveloped forested land including a unique hydrological area of the Little Brazos River watershed with three streams converging to the Little Brazos River, with river frontage on both sides within the property. The habitat along the eastern edge of the property is full of mature native pecan, hackberry and cottonwood. These trees often shed limbs which offer cavity nesters such as woodpeckers and owls a good supply of cavities. |
