Special Features

With an amazing diversity of eco-systems, this property is Legacy’s first easement in Washington County. The easement area is undeveloped rolling post oak savannah supporting mainly post oak, blackjack oak, yaupon, and bluestem grasses, including unique habitat in the form of gullies and canyons for both flora and fauna not often found on upland sandy loam formations. The property is so named as it is bordered by Four Mile Creek and traversed by two other spring-fed creeks.
